Our training programmes

At Care and Nursing Alliance, we are very proud of the training provided for all our staff and we believe that the induction into our company and the care worker profession is one of the most comprehensive and supportive training programmes available. Our accredited and qualified trainers are chosen from existing staff and have an excellent understanding of the challenges and rewards that care work brings.

Specialist training suite

Training takes place in our specialist training suite to allow you to practice your skills in a safe and supportive environment. As well as mandatory training that all our care workers must complete, we also offer many specialist training courses. This ensures the best care is provided for our service users, as well as your continued professional development.

Continued support

The training doesn’t just stop after your induction - we will continue to support you by keeping you up to date on changes in procedures and policies within the care industry. Care and Nursing Alliance is committed to help you reach your full potential and offers the facility for you to complete professional qualifications while you work.
